Acceptance Of Terms
Sunset Lakeview Lodge permits the use of this Website subject to these terms and conditions. By using this Website in any way, you shall be deemed to have accepted all the Terms and Conditions unconditionally. You must not use this Website if you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions. Your use of any accommodation offered by us will also be subject to applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions and any other conditions stipulated elsewhere, the Terms and Conditions as contained herein will prevail.
Checking time
From 14:00 till 21:00
Checkout time
Before 11:00
Opening time
The Lodge closes at 21:00 any Guest arriving after that time will only be able to check in at 8:00 the next morning
Catering
Our Loge does not cater for Kosher, Halal, Vegan, and vegetarian’s. All supper
orders must be placed before 19:00 in the evening.
Pets
Not allowed on the property.
Supervision of Children
Please be aware of where your children are and what they are doing.
Noise
Please respect other guests. Music is not permitted on the site.
Visitors
No visitors allowed
Please note, any damage to site facilities left in an unsatisfactory state will incur extra charges.
Pool
The use of the pool area is on the own risk. Children must be accompanied.
Burning
Burning of cigarettes or other smoking utilities / candles / incense is not permitted in rooms
Drugs
Illegal drugs are banned. Possession or usage of drugs can lead to police reporting and prosecution.
Loss
Management takes no responsibility whatsoever for any loss suffered by any guest / visitor. We urge you not to leave valuables in rooms. The lodge will not be responsible for any theft. Keep money and other valuables on your person at all times.
Social behaviour
Anti-social behaviour is unacceptable. This includes threatening or demeaning any person or any staff member. Damage to any property, graffiti, theft of any property, physical or sexual harassment.
Special Offers
All special offers are subject to the following terms.
A minimum night stay is allocated to each special offer.
Full prepayment is required to secure your booking.
No cancellations or refunds allowed on any special offer.
The special offer will only be returned as sold out or not available.
All rates advertised are on a per night bases unless stated otherwise.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, your price is guaranteed once you receive booking confirmation. For the avoidance of doubt, prices do not include any incidental charges. Such charges will be payable by you on your departure. In the event, that you fail to pay any charges, it is a condition of your contract with us that you irrevocably authorize us to debit your credit or debit card.
The above prices are quoted in US-Dollars. Please note, we accept local Zimbabwean Dollar payments. Please contact us for prices.

Cancellations
We do not give refunds on any bookings under any circumstances. However, in justified and certified cases, and only if we are able, to fill the number of nights you have booked, we will try, to offer you an alternative date. Alternative dates, if available, will be offered for up to six months from the cancelled date.
Refunds
We regret that in the event of leaving early for any reason, no refunds will be given.
Conditions Of Residence
You warrant that you are duly authorized to sign for and bind all persons represented by you or for whom you are responsible (“your party”) to these conditions of residence and, failing such authority or regardless of billing instructions, you agree to be personally liable for all amounts arising from the occupation or residence of your party and yourself at the lodge.
You agree to pay not later than at the time of Arrival the room rate as determined by the lodge for the period of residence, the costs of food, beverage and any other amounts relating to such residence, incurred by you and your party during your stay. You agree that after your departure, the lodge may retain goods left behind by you and authorize the hotel, after giving one month’s notice to the address registered by you of its intention to do so, to sell same, privately or publicly, at the lodge’s discretion at such price as the lodge may determine and offset the proceeds of such sale against your indebtedness or to hold such proceeds or part thereof for a period of three years pending any claims by you for those proceeds failing which they shall be deemed to have been forfeited to the lodge.
YOU HEREBY AGREE, AS A CONDITION OF YOUR OCCUPATION OF OR RESIDENCE AT THE LODGE, THAT SUNSET LAKEVIEW LODGE AND THE OWNER, MANAGER AND/OR OPERATOR OF THE LODGE AND THEIR AFFILIATES AND RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY ACCIDENT OR ANY INJURY OR DEATH OF ANY PERSON OR THE LOSS OR DESTRUCTION OF OR DAMAGE TO ANY PROPERTY, WHETHER ARISING FROM FIRE, THEFT OR ANY OTHER CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND BY WHOMSOEVER CAUSED OR ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OR WRONGFUL ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF SUNSET LAKEVIEW LODGE. YOU ACCORDINGLY HEREBY IRREVOCABLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY INDEMNIFY AND AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS SUNSET LAKEVIEW LODGE IN RESPECT OF ANY RESPONSIBILITY AND/OR LIABILITY AS AFORESAID.
Changes To These Terms And Conditions
Sunset Lakeview Lodge reserves the right to update and/or amend the Terms and Conditions from time to time and without any notice, and you are accordingly encouraged to check the Website regularly. Any such change will only apply to your use of this Website after the change is displayed on this Website. If you use this Website after such updated or amended Terms and Conditions have been displayed on this Website, you will be deemed to have accepted such updates or amendments.
